This is tasty, crunchy and sweet. It's so easy and fast to make, since the filling only has 3 ingredients! Great for an autumn afternoon!
Ingredients:
1 cup honey
1/3 cup rum
2 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the honey, rum and walnuts until well blended. Pour into the unbaked pie crust.
3. Bake for 25 minutes, or until filling is set and edges are golden brown.
