Walnut Fudge Pie

This would be good to finish a dinner with friends
Ingredients:
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
1 cup undiluted evaporated milk
3tbsp. butter
1-1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate pieces
3 eggs slightly beaten
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Directions:
1. prepare pastry shell with a high fluted edge. Set aside
2. combine evaporated milk,butter,& chocolate in a small saucepan
3. Place over low heat stirring until chocolate is melted & blended
4. Remove from heat
5. Mix well eggs,sugar, flour, & vanilla
6. Stir into chocolate mixture blending well
7. Fold in Walnuts.
8. Pour into pastry shell
9. Bake 375 F. for 35 min. or until firm
10. Remove from oven. Cool to room temp.
11. Serve in thin wedges with whipped cream or ice cream
