This speedy stuffed apple is a great snack for a family hike, comments Mrs. John Crawford from Barnesville, Georgia. In a brown-bag lunch, it's a nice change form the usual peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon raisins
1 teaspoon honey
1 medium apple, cored
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, raisins and honey. Spoon into center of apple. Yield: 1 serving.
