Ingredients:
2 apples, cubed
2 celery ribs, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, toasted
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Combine apples, celery, pecans and raisins.
2. In another bowl, stir together lemon juice, mayo, salt and sugar.
3. Pour mixture over apple mixture.
4. Serve immediately.
