4 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
4 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons walnut halves
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, apples, yogurt, raisins, walnuts or almonds, and mayonnaise.
