The best I've ever had. From a co-worker.
Ingredients:
2 cups apples, diced (1 2 green and 1/2 red for color)
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup grapes, cut in half
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash salt
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
1. Combine apple, celery, grapes and walnuts.
2. Blend mayo, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
4. Fold into apple mixture.
5. Chill and serve.
