This is not your mother's Waldorf salad! From Judy Anderson.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium apples, diced
2 medium carrots, grated
1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and cinnamon in a medium bolw until smooth.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and chill.
3. Alternatively: add other chopped dried fruits or celery.
