My low-carb Waldorf Chicken Salad. This recipe does not include the 1 cup of light mayonnaise or the 2 tsp of yellow mustard because the analyzer does not recognize them.
Ingredients:
2 breasts of chicken, meat only, roasted
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped apples (green)
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Chop or shred chicken breasts and put in large bowl. Add the other ingredients, plus one cup of mayonnaise and 2 tsp of yellow mustard. Stir and enjoy.
