Ingredients:
16 ounces coleslaw mix, 3-color |
2 large granny smith apples, diced small |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/3 cup poppy seed dressing |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine the slaw mix, diced apples & chopped walnuts. 2. Set aside. 3. In a small bowl, stir to combine mayo and poppy seed dressing. 4. Pour dressing over slaw mixture and toss to combine. 5. Cover and refridgerate 1 hour before serving. |
