Yummy easy shake for breakfast for Phase 1. Adapted from new book
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat low-sugar, artifically sweetened vanilla soymilk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 ounces firm silken tofu
1/4 cup dry-roasted almonds
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar substitute
Directions:
1. Process almonds first in a blender. Add all other ingredients and process.
