Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons fat-free sugar-free instant pudding mix (any flavor)
1 tablespoon fat-free whipped topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in blender until thick and smooth.
