Everyone cheered when I brought out these yummy floats. They're easy and satisfying. They definitely get my vote! Nella Parker, Hersey, Michigan
Ingredients:
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
2 quarts apple cider or juice
ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. In each of eight chilled glasses, place 1/2 cup of ice cream. Add 1 cup of cider to each; sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 servings.
