Vodka Sauce

A delicious vodka sauce, with proscuitto. I took a couple of recipes i found on recipezaar, and tweaked them a bit. The results were exceptional.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lb prosciutto, cut (sliced thick and cut into small cubes)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup vodka
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Simmer the Proscuitto in the olive oil until the proscuitto is changes color slightly.
2. Add the garlic and red pepper and cook until garlic is golden.
3. Add the can of crushed tomatoes and bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add heavy cream and vodka and bring to boil then reduce heat to low
5. Stir in the parsley and leave on low head until you're ready to server with your favorite pasta. Mangie!
