Virginias Pasta Salad

My Grandmother's recipe. Perfect for parties or a great side dish for outdoor grilling.
Ingredients:
- 2 (7 oz) pkgs shell pasta
- 4 tblspns vinegar
- 1 cup edamame (soy beans)
- 2 cups diced american cheese
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 4 tblspns pimento
- 3-4 tblspns minced onion
- 1 1/3 cup mayo
- dash of celery salt and salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cook Shell pasta and rinse in cold water. Add vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Dice Cheese, Bell Pepper, Celery and mince Onion.
3. In a serving bowl add all ingrediants to pasta and mix until consistant.
4. Throw in the fridge for about 20 minutes and enjoy!
