Low fat green beans
Ingredients:
4 cans green beans, rinsed & drained
1 lb ground turkey
1 can tomato paste
salt
pepper
allspice
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey in pan.
2. In another pan dissolve tomato paste with 3 cups water.
3. Put green beans& cooked turkey in.
4. Add water enough to cover beans.
5. Add salt, pepper, allspice.
6. Cook until done about 20 minutes.
7. Serve over rice.
