Virginia Peanut Soup

Ingredients:
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped celery
2 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons peanut butter
4 tablespoons chopped peanuts
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Saute the chopped celery and onion in the butter till they're tender, add the flour and blend it, then add the chicken broth and simmer it for half an hour. Remove it from the heat, strain it and add everything except the chopped peanuts. Heat it again to boiling point, then serve it with the chopped peanuts on top.
