Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. of butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 egg white , whipped
  • 1 cup water
  • dash salt

Directions:

  1. Bake the pie crust for 5 minutes
  2. Cream the butter and sugar.
  3. Add dry flour and blend in egg yolk.
  4. Add vinegar, lime juice, zest and water.
  5. Cook in top of double boiler until thick.
  6. Stir.
  7. Fold in egg white.
  8. Pour filling in crust.
  9. Bake until brown.
  10. I have no idea what the actual cook time is on this pie.
  11. I guess you have to keep an eye on it.
