Vinaigrette Sauce (Molho De Vinagrete)

To be made as an accompaninment to Portuguese Feijoada.
Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large white onion, finely chopped
2 fresh red cayenne bell peppers, seeded and minced or 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well and serve at room temperature over meat and beans.
