Sauce used in Vietnamese Spring Rolls.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup fish sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 lemon, juice of
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Season to taste with additional sugar, fish sauce or water.
