Vietnamese Mint Noodles

Mint is my new love. This dish is flavorful, fresh, easy and fast. I could eat this every day. (The picture that I'm posting shows the noodles with roasted pork fillet with sesame seeds)
Ingredients:
8 ounces rice vermicelli
1 cup thai basil, fresh
1/2 cup fresh mint, shredded
1/3 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. Cool the rice noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until soft.
2. Drain, rinse under cold water and drain again.
3. Toss the noodles with the basil and the mint.
4. Combine the lime juice, fish sauce and sugar, add to the noodles and toss well.
