Ingredients:
1/2 cup fish sauce (nuoc mam)
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup grated daikon radish
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1/2 lime, juice
chili oil
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and chill well before serving.
