Vicki's Super-Tender, Grilled Porterhouse

My wife has been grilling steaks for so long, she has it figured out. My friends and relatives say I'm spoiled. They are probably right.
Ingredients:
16 ounces porterhouse steaks or 16 ounces rib eye steaks, with good marbling. about 1 inch thick
1 teaspoon adolfs meat tenderizer
2 teaspoons lea & perrins worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Partially freeze steak about an hour.
2. Light coals in grill and allow coals to turn an ash gray color.
3. Sprinkle each side of steak with half of meat tenderizer,seasoned salt, and garlic powder.
4. Poke holes in both sides of steak and sprinkle each side with the worcestershire sauce. Rub seasonings into meat and Grill over hot coals to desired doneness.( Grill 5 to 6 inches from coals.).
5. About 5 minute per side for Rare.
6. 7.min per side for Medium Rare.
7. 10. minute per side for Medium.
