Very Low-Cal Almost Non-Fat Less-Sugar Fiber Spiced Brownies

Best grade I can get for brownies! They are thin, but taste very good for the calories involved. Kinda addictive, next time I think I might add some baking soda and mabe some instant coffee for a mocha feel.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
6 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp imitation vanilla
1/2 cup applesauce
1/3 cup all whites
3 servings sun crystals
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp oatmeal
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray oil 9 x 9 pan lightly.
2. Stir all dry ingredients together.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Spread in the bottom of the pan.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
