Very Good and Yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
3/4 cup splenda granular
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
2 1/4 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease cookie sheets.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, splenda and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
5. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
6. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until light brown.
9. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
