this savoury rice makes it possible to make normal brown rice a dish on it's own/ you can even add pieces of chicken or veggies and turn it into a salad
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice
4-6 mushrooms sliced
1 onion chopped
Directions:
1. cook rice as usual
2. fry mushrooms
3. fry onion until soft and brown
4. mix and serve
5. can be done with normal white rice as well.
