Veronica's Salmon Fillets W/Raspberry, Kiwi and Peppercorn Sauce

I've only made this once and loved it.
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup raspberries
1/4 sugar
1 tablespoon green peppercorn
2 kiwi fruits
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Bush Salmon and melted butter.
3. Bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
4. In a saucepan, heat cream, raspberries, sugar and peppercorns.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Peel the kiwis and chop; add to sauce.
7. Remove salmon from oven.
8. Place filets on plates and pour sauce over Salmon and serve.
