Veronica's Salmon Fillets W/Raspberry, Kiwi and Peppercorn Sauce |

I've only made this once and loved it. Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets |
1 tablespoon melted butter |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
1 cup raspberries |
1/4 sugar |
1 tablespoon green peppercorn |
2 kiwi fruits |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Bush Salmon and melted butter. 3. Bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes. 4. In a saucepan, heat cream, raspberries, sugar and peppercorns. 5. Simmer for 5 minutes. 6. Peel the kiwis and chop; add to sauce. 7. Remove salmon from oven. 8. Place filets on plates and pour sauce over Salmon and serve. |
