In honor of BANANA MONTH (March), here is an easy Banana Fritters recipe
Ingredients:
2 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup flour
4 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs.
2. Sift together 3tbsp sugar, baking powder and flour.
3. Blend into the eggs.
4. Stire in the bananas.
5. Mix thoroughly.
6. Heat the oil to 350.
7. Drop spoonfuls of batter into oil.
8. Cook until golden brown.
9. Mix the cinnamon and 3 tbsp sugar and sprinkle on fritters.
