An Easy to make Venison recipe.
Ingredients:
4 lbs venison steak
1 cup butter
pepper, to your liking
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
Directions:
1. Rub Venison with butter and pepper and let sit for 15 minutes.
2. Using medium high heat,melt remaining butter in a large frying pan.
3. Place Venison into the pan and sear them
4. 2 1/2 minutes on each side and remove to serving platter.
5. Pour cream and broth into the pan and stir constantly for 4 minutes.
6. Pour sauce over Venison and serve.
