Venison Sloppy Joes

This recipe I received from my sister-in-law's mom. I make it with venison, but can be made with ground beef. It is so simple & delicious. My kids are always asking for it.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground venison
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
salt & pepper
8 hamburger buns
Directions:
1. Brown beef in large fry pan or chicken fryer.
2. Drain fat.
3. Add rest of ingredients except hamburger rolls. Bring to a boil and let most of the liquid evaporate. Stir occasionally so it does not stick.
4. Once it is to your desired consistency apply onto toasted hamburger buns.
5. Enjoy.
