Meatloaf made with venison
Ingredients:
3 lbs. ground venison
2 onions, diced
3 tomatoes, diced
1 green pepper, diced
3/4 c. rolled oats
2 medium egg
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
6 ounce tomato paste
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and form into 2 loaves.
2. Put both into large (lasagna) baking dish.
3. Add 3/4 cup water around meat.
4. Bake at 350 degrees until done. (50 - 70 mins)
