Found this recipe in a school cookbook.
Ingredients:
2 lbs venison
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cut venison into 1/4 strips.
2. remove all fat.
3. Mix all other ingredients.
4. Dip venison into sauce and lay on baking sheet.
5. Dry in oven or over wood stove for 10- 12 hours at 150-175F.
