Velveeta Rotel Dip

This is an obvious recipe, but I put it on here to share with a friend who had never tried it.
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
2 (10 oz) cans ro-tel mild diced tomatoes & green chilies (drained)
2 lbs. kraft velveeta
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef and drain well.
2. Cut Velveeta into 1 inch chunks and put into sauce pan, over low heat.
3. Stir in Ro-Tel, and cooked beef.
4. Cook over low, stirring often, until cheese is melted. If mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk.
5. Serve with corn chips and enjoy.
