1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup sliced green peppers, raw
1 sliced radishes
1 slice ham
1 tbsp sour cream, nonfat
2 tbsp salsa
1 pita bread
Directions:
1. toss all ingredents and stuff into a pita bread
