This one is vegetarian, and trust me you won't miss the meat.
Ingredients:
8 cups water
2 (12 ounce) cans diced tomatoes (one drained)
1/2 onion
5 celery ribs, diced
3 carrots, graded
1 garlic clove
salt & pepper
1 head broccoli
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable stock
1/2 cup spiral shaped pasta
Directions:
1. Boil water and add chopped veggies.
2. Cook till tender.
3. Add stock powder and broccoli.
4. Bring to boil and then let simmer for 30 min - 1 hour.
5. Cook pasta; drain and add.
