All veggies Pita Pocket - Under 150 calories!!!!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup carrot, grated
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon cabbage
1 pita
1 tablespoon hummus
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Chop or grate all veggies
2. Spread Hummus on inside of Pita
3. Stuff Pita with Veggie mix
4. Sprinkle vinegar on top
5. Enjoy
