This vegetarian delight features a must have garlic mayonnaise from the great Mystic_River1. With it's BBQ flavored onions ans smoky Portabella mushrooms., it will be a stand out.
Ingredients:
2 veggie patch chickā€™n cutlets
2 portabella mushrooms
1 vidalia onion sliced thick about 3/8 inch thick
1 tablespoon vegetarian worcestershire sauce
1-tablespoon tamari soy sauce
1 tablespoon bbq sauce
4 tablespoons *home made garlic mayonnaise per by ( mystic_river1 recipe)
4 tablespoons of walnut creek organic cilantro salsa
6 cherry tomatoes
Directions:
1. Start by grilling the Vidalia onions and the portabella mushrooms
2. When they are soft, add a shake of Tamari Soy Sauce and a dash of vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce and the BBQ Sauce turn and let them turn golden brown.
3. Grill the organic whole grain buns and the Chicken Cutlets on medium high for 3 minutes turn and top with grated organic Mozzarella .
4. Remove the buns and on the bottom dab two to three tablespoons of Walnut Creek organic Cilantro Salsa
5. On the top bun spread * Home Made Garlic Mayonnaise recipe provided by our great Mystic_River1
6. Place chicken cutlet and cover.
7. Garnish with some ripe organic cherry tomatoes.
