Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg substitute
50 g canned mushroom slices
25 g onions
pam cooking spray (1 spray)
Directions:
1. stir all ingredients together.
2. spray skillet with 1 spray of Pam.
3. heat slowly until egg is cooked.
