Ingredients:
2 bell peppers
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Cut peppers into 6 strips each, then cut each strip in half.
2. Put on plate and sprinkle with cheese and crushed pepper.
3. Microwave 1-2 minutes, until cheese melts - Serve warm.
