Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) broccoli crowns/sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon(s) hot pepper flakes and sugar
1 medium large onion halved and cut each half into sixths
1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic and ginger
2 teaspoon(s) rice vinegar
2 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
8 ounce(s) spaghetti
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
1/4 cup(s) veggie broth and soy sauce
8 ounce(s) well drained extra firm tofu cut into bite size chunks
Directions:
1. Heat skillet or wok until very hot. Add 1 TBSP oil and onions stir fry until crisp and spotty brown (about 1 minute). Add mushrooms; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add tofu stir fry until lightly browned. Add broccoli cook until heated thru. Add garlic and giner; stir fry until fragrant. Transfer to plate.
2. Add remaining oil to empty skillet; heat until shimmering. Add cooked spaghetti; stir fry until heated thru. Return tofu/vegetable to pan; along with the Lo Mein sauce. Stir fry to combine. Sauce - mix from veggie broth thru sugar to make the Lo Mein sauce.
