A fresh dip makes eating good veggies even better
Ingredients:
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 garlic clove
1 small onion
1/2 green pepper
1 stalk celery
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Place all items in blender/Moulinex and puree, or put in bowl and use hand blender to make smooth consistency.
2. Chill for 1 hour before serving with vegetables.
