A perfect addition to any bbq, or summertime party
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup mayo
1 package cauliflower
1 package broccoli
1 package bacon
4 oz chedder cheese, cubed
1/3 cup sugar
Directions:
1. cook bacon until crispy, save grease
2. break up bacon into tiny pieces
3. break up veggies to bite size pieces
4. cheese should be chopped up into small cubes
5. mix 2 tbsp bacon grease with mayo & sugar
6. combine veggies, cheese and bacon together, then pour bacon grease, sugar & mayo mixture over veggies. Stir til blended
7. Chill for several hours before eating.
