Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
3 mushrooms
1/4 green pepper
1 tbsp cheese
Directions:
1. Chop green pepper and mushrooms and put in a bowl. Add 2 omega-3 eggs, tbsp of 2% milk and stir until mixed. Pour into frying pan on medium heat and cook until golden.
