These are really good and very low calorie.
Ingredients:
1 zucchini, grated
1 potato, peeled and grated
1 carrot, grated
1/4 cup onion, grated
1/2 tsp oregano
2 egg whites
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients, mix well.
2. Pour 1/2 cup batter on hot griddle.
3. Fry 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
