Veggie Burger with Middle Eastern Flavor

vegetarian burger with spices.
Ingredients:
250 grams garbanzo beans, canned
140 grams peas, canned
140 grams corn, canned
50 grams flour
1 egg
2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
1 salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon cumin, optional
1/2 teaspoon coriander, optional
1/2 teaspoon garam masala, optional
Directions:
1. mash the beans, peas and corn together
2. stirr in the spices, salt and pepper and garlic to taste,
3. stirr in the egg
4. stirr in the flour
5. shape patties from the beanpaste
6. heat a nonstick pan
7. fry the patties on both sides for about 3 min. until firm and slightly brown.
