My favorite it is really colorful
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
1 carrot, diced
1/2 cup red bell peppers, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste, or ketchup
Directions:
1. Throw all ingredints in food processor (or blender)
2. Pulse (or blend) until coarsely chopped
3. Chill mixture, then shape into 4 patties
4. Now you can wrap and freeze them for later
5. To cook, thaw patties in microwave, then broil 4-6 inches from heat for 10-15 minutes (or until warm in the middle)
6. You can do this in your broiler or on the grill.
7. Serve like you would your favorite meat patties.
