Ingredients:
black pepper
1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper (more to tatse)
2 tablespoon(s) evoo
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika
1 whole(s) red bell pepper
2 whole(s) small potatoes
3/4 cup(s) vidalia onion
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 deg.
2. Cut potatoes into eight pieces.
3. Cut up veggies to suit.
4. Toss in a bowl.
5. Place on non-stick baking sheet. Bake 15 min, then flip for another 12-15 mins.
6. Serve immediately.
