Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1/4 green pepper, diced
1/8 cup red onion, diced
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons 1% milk
1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Beat eggs. Add milk, beat again.
2. Add all veggies and cheese.
3. Fry in non-stick pan with butter.
