Vegetarian Fried Rice

This fried rice recipe with vegetables will remind you of the vegetable fried rice served at Chinese restaurants. Feel free to add whatever veggies you have on hand, or some chicken for a heartier dish.
Ingredients:
•1/4 cup braggs liquid aminos
•3 tbsp dry white wine or rice wine
•2 tbsp peanut oil or olive oil (if cleansing)
•2 cloves garlic, minced
•1 carrot, sliced
•1 green bell pepper, diced
•1/2 cup green peas (omit if cleansing)
•4 cups pre-cooked brown rice
Directions:
1. Whisk together the Braggs Aminos and wine and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet.
3. Add the garlic and fry for one minute, stirring.
4. Add the carrot, green pepper and peas.
5. Stir-fry for one or two more minutes, then add the eftover rice, stirring frequently.
6. Pour the soy sauce and wine over the rice, and stir until well combined and the rice is hot.
