Vegetarian Chopped Liver ( Green Beans )

Great alternative to real chopped liver.
Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) can green beans
1/3 cup oil
2 medium onions, sliced
5 hard-boiled eggs
2 ounces walnuts
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Saute onions in oil for a long time, carmelized.
2. Drain green beans.
3. Process nuts until fine.
4. Add green beans and onions to nuts in processor.
5. Add 3 eggs to processor.
6. Finely grate 2 remaining eggs and add by hand.
7. Chill overnight.
