My daughter loves the chipotle sauce on her Veg Subway Sandwich. This makes her addiction a little healthier.
Ingredients:
12 ounces mori-nu silken soft tofu
1 cup raw cashew nuts
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 -3 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 -2 tablespoon chipotle chile in adobo
4 fresh garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend for 1 minute on high until smooth. Chill to thicken.
